Sheepbridge.

Our brand new Sheepbridge was formally opened on 20th May, by our County Councllor Andrew Gibson, with Alan Young, Ingrid Burt and Peter Kennesion representing the Parish Council. Villagers included Majorie Butler and Monty Snelgrove.

The May meeting of Houghton Parish Council saw a change in Chairmanship, following Alan Young's retirement, although most fortunately, he will remain on the Council. Alan has served as Chairman for an impressive ten years. Phillip Page was welcomed as the new Chairman and Ingrid Burt is now Vice Chair.
