Refreshment and discussions after the presentation.

The Parish Plan has now been published and two presentations have been given at the village hall by David Livermore. Afterwards those who were able to attend one of the forums had the chance to put forward questions on points they felt needed clarification. Finally copies of the plan were distributed. Those unable to attend were not forgotten and a copy has since been delivered to every household in Houghton, Bossington and Pittleworth. The plan has also been made available in pdf form, as well as a copy of the questionaire returns, both of which can be obtained by clicking one of the links below.

The Next Stage

The next stage is for the recommendations to be implemented. If you would like to be involved in a particular aspect of the Plan then please contact the relevant Action Group Leader.

The Parish Plan Committee met for the last time at Bossington Mill on 12th March. At the meeting there were some good ideas raised for improving communications in the village. This could be done via email and also through the Village Website. If you have any expertise in this area and would like to get involved, then please contact Ingrid Burt or Ken Jones.
